Payment Processing via Razorpay
All online payments on shriramkrushikendra.com are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized RBI-compliant payment gateway partner.
Accepted Payment Methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, and supported Digital Wallets.
Pricing & Taxes: All product prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise for specialized B2B bulk quotations.
Payment Security: Card and banking credentials are encrypted using PCI-DSS compliant standards directly by Razorpay. SHRIRAM KRUSHI KENDRA never stores your raw card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs on its servers.
Failed or Debited Transactions
If an amount is debited from your bank account or UPI ID but the order confirmation fails due to a network timeout, Razorpay automatically reconciles the transaction.
In cases where the order is not generated, the debited amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay to your original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Eligibility & Processing
Approved refunds (resulting from order cancellations prior to dispatch, out-of-stock adjustments, or verified damaged/incorrect product returns) are initiated through Razorpay.
Mode of Refund: All refunds are credited strictly back to the original mode of payment used during checkout (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking). Cash refunds are not issued for online Razorpay transactions.
Refund Timeline: Once a refund is approved and initiated by our team after inspection, Razorpay processes the reversal within 24 to 48 hours, and the amount reflects in your bank account or card statement within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your issuing bank's settlement cycle.
