# TAG HIKIMA Insecticide – Tropical Agro **TAG HIKIMA** is a combination insecticide from Tropical Agro formulated to help protect chilli crops against fruit borer and other listed caterpillar pests. Its formulation provides rapid knockdown and residual pest control during critical crop growth stages. **Brand:** Tropical Agro **Product Type:** Insecticide **Composition:** Emamectin 1.9% + Chlorantraniliprole 5% + Deltamethrin 1% EC **Formulation:** Emulsifiable Concentrate (EC) ### Recommended Crop - Chilli ### Target Pest - Chilli fruit borer - Other label-listed lepidopteran caterpillar pests ### Recommended Dosage - **General dose:** 100–150 ml per acre, depending on the target pest and crop stage. - **For lepidopteran pests:** 100–125 ml per acre. - **For Spodoptera:** 125–150 ml per acre. - **Spray concentration:** 0.75 ml per litre of water, as listed by the manufacturer. Use the dose specified for the particular pest and crop situation on the current product label. Do not combine different dose recommendations. ### Application Method Apply as a foliar spray using a knapsack sprayer fitted with a hollow-cone nozzle, following the approved label directions. ### Time of Application Apply the first spray when the pest reaches the Economic Threshold Level (ETL).
